We are always on the hunt to find great examples of storytelling. These two videos from the Campaign to End Loneliness in the UK are a departure from traditional the storytelling structure but both tell the story of how lonliness impacts us all and that we need to pay more attention to those around us.
The first video shows how the simple act of saying hello and starting a conversation can have an incredible impact on how you feel and how you’re thinking. It reminds us all we all need to make Small moments count. Don’t be strangers. Let’s be more together. Let’s be more open. Let’s Be More Us.
The second follows a young man who cuts himself off from having any connection with people for a week. Through his video journal, we see him at first be quite okay with being alone to not just seeing but feeling the impact of being completely alone was taking on him.
The campaign to Campaign to End Loneliness in the UK chose to tell their story in a different way. The result are two incredibly compelling videos that get you thinking about how loneliness impacts so many in all our communities but most importantly compels you to take action.
