Social Media Certification

certification-largeDo you own or run a business?  Would you like your sales and marketing teams and front-line staff use social media to engage clients and improve sales and customer relations? Have you heard about a brand’s reputation being damaged by a bad post or tweet and worried that could happen to you?

Help your sales, marketing and customer relations teams feel comfortable talking about your company on social media.  Most employees are only interested in helping their company succeed. They want to understand how the company’s marketing and sales strategy translates to social media and how they can represent its values and visions.

Our Social Media Certification is designed to help you assess your staff’s social media skills, create an online code of conduct that provides a framework for your staff, and a certification seminar to outline expectations for online behaviour and your company’s online content strategy.  We will also help you identify who in your company should take the lead on social media.  The end result? You and your  employees to be confident using social media.

Employees need to be taught that, whether they work for a business or non-profit organization each of them represents that organization. Customers will judge a company of 100,000 employees simply by one experience, one conversation, or by reading one LinkedIn profile. Forbes

Certification includes 3 parts:

  • Social media accounts of course participants will be reviewed. All participants will complete the online questionnaire. It has been designed to assess social media knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, Instagram and Snapchat. There are no wrong answers.
